Susan is the kindest, most supportive trainer one could ever ask for. She listens to what it is you want to accomplish and does not force you into something else. Her constant positive reinforcement makes you feel good about yourself and encourages you to keep trying harder.Susan is extremely discreet and the one-on-one atmosphere is the only way to train for many obese women and men. At Susan's you do not have to worry about what you look like, how much you're lifting, or how out of breath you are because there is no one else there watching/judging you.
