What To Expect
Training with Susan Hunter Lifestyle isn’t like joining a gym. Its access to private (or small group) fitness education and training. Once you choose the fitness program timeline that will work best for your schedule and goals, we’ll set up your Fitness Assessment.
This assessment will be the foundation of your program steps, providing insight into your health and fitness baseline—your body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. From this baseline, we will develop a workout and nutrition plan to improve your stats at each level and set realistic and achievable goals.
In addition to physical exercise, nutrition is key to accomplishing and maintaining the physique and health you seek. Nutritious food must also be delicious to keep us on track! Susan Hunter Lifestyle provides the necessary nutritional guidance to ensure clients reach their goals.
Clients committed to the 3-day-a-week personal fitness training program will receive ongoing nutritional counsel for the duration of their program! Nutritional guidance is available for other fitness programs for an added cost.
